The short version: Nana’s apps run entirely on your Mac, we don’t track you, and the only personal data we ever see is what you send us yourself.
In plain words. The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The apps do their work locally on your Mac and never send your files anywhere — the only thing that leaves your machine is a licence check when you activate a paid copy. We hold your details only if you email us or buy a licence, and then only for as long as we need them.

We are a one-person business and are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. Email the address above for anything privacy-related — it reaches a human.
We only process personal data where we have a lawful basis under Article 6 of the GDPR:

We never sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising or profiling. We don’t send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to.
Nana’s Cleaner and Nana’s Teleprompter are native macOS applications. They analyse files, disk usage and — in the case of the Teleprompter — microphone input, in order to do the job you asked for.
All of that processing happens locally on your Mac. File names, file contents, scan results and speech are never transmitted to us and are never stored on our servers. We cannot see them, and we have built the apps so that we cannot.
To be honest with you about the exception: when you activate or verify a paid licence, the app contacts our licensing provider. What travels is your licence key and a device fingerprint — a value derived from your hardware that lets us check the licence isn’t being used on more machines than it covers. Where you are in a trial, the same mechanism records when the trial period started.
That exchange carries no file names, no file contents and no scan results. Its only purpose is performing the licence contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and preventing licence abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
macOS will ask your permission before an app can reach protected areas such as your Documents folder, Photos library or microphone. You can review and revoke those permissions at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security. Revoking them limits what the app can do, but never sends us anything.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party fonts, scripts, trackers or embedded content. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything — there is nothing to consent to.
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which — like any web server — processes the technical data needed to deliver a page to you, including your IP address, in short-lived server logs. This is necessary to operate the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f)).
The support forms do not send anything to us over the internet. They open your own email program with the message pre-filled; nothing leaves your computer until you press send.
From time to time we invite people to try an app and tell us what they think, in exchange for a free licence. If you take part, the review form asks for your name, your email address, what you wrote and a photo of yourself; a link to a profile of yours is optional and you can leave it empty. Everything we publish about you is published because you ticked the box saying we may (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — and a photograph of you is personal data, which is exactly why we ask first rather than after.
Changed your mind? Write to hi@adrianskobiej.pl and we will take your review and photo off the site. You do not have to give a reason, withdrawing consent costs you nothing, and you keep the licence.

Payment card details never reach us. They are handled directly by the payment provider.
Under the GDPR you may ask us to: give you a copy of your data (Art. 15), correct it (Art. 16), delete it (Art. 17), restrict how we use it (Art. 18), send it to you or another provider in a portable format (Art. 20), or object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was lawful beforehand.
Write to hi@adrianskobiej.pl and we will respond within one month. Deletion may be limited where the law requires us to keep invoices.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw (uodo.gov.pl) — or to the authority in your own country.
Some of our providers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable to each provider.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For changes that materially affect you, we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing the text.
